Common questions

Do I need to set anything up?
No. The agents come with your account and already know your menu, sizes, toppings, hours, and prices from the POS. We turn them on with you during onboarding.
Can it really take a half-and-half order on the phone?
Yes. It works off the same menu as your register, so halves, quarters, crusts, and bake notes come through on the ticket exactly as if someone at the counter had rung them in, priced correctly on each side.
What happens when the AI cannot answer a caller's question?
It transfers the call to your phone, or takes a message and sends it to you. You choose which one during setup.
Does anything get sent to customers without my approval?
No. The AI Marketer drafts campaigns and holds them for you. You approve, edit, or delete each one before it goes out.
Are the AI agents included in the $99 plan?
Yes. AI Ordering, AI Marketer, and AI Insights are all included. Custom agents are scoped with you separately, based on what you want automated.
Does it handle the rush, or does it fall over at the busy moment?
It takes calls in parallel, so ten people ringing at 7 PM on a Friday all get answered rather than queued. It also knows what is already in the oven, so the pickup time it quotes is one your kitchen can hit.
Can I turn an agent off?
Yes. Each agent switches on or off from your dashboard on its own, so you can run AI Ordering without AI Marketer, or the other way round.
